- Data you enter (vehicles, fuel entries, maintenance records, settings) stored on your device.
- Usage analytics events via Firebase Analytics to understand feature usage.
- Crash reports and diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics (including device model, OS version, app version).
- Advertising identifiers and device information used by Google AdMob to show ads and prevent fraud.
We do not collect names, emails, or contact details.
2. Data Storage
Your app data (vehicles, fuel logs, maintenance records, settings) is stored locally on your device. On web it remains in your browser storage. Analytics events, crash reports, and ad-related metadata are processed and stored by Google Firebase/AdMob on their servers.
3. Data Security
You control your locally stored data. Back up your device to prevent data loss. We cannot access or recover your local data. Firebase and AdMob secure the limited analytics/crash/ads data they process.
4. Third-Party Services
We use:
- Firebase Analytics to measure anonymized usage.
- Firebase Crashlytics to capture crash reports and diagnostics.
- Google AdMob to display ads and prevent fraud.
These services may collect device identifiers, approximate location, IP-derived region, and app interaction data as described in their privacy policies.
5. Data Deletion
Delete app data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. This removes locally stored information; previously sent analytics/crash/ads data remains with Firebase/AdMob per their retention policies.
6. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
8. Your Choices
- Disable ad personalization in your device ad settings (Android/iOS).
- Disable analytics/crash reporting in system privacy settings if available.
- Uninstall the app to delete local data and stop further collection.
Note: AdMob may still receive basic device signals to deliver and secure ads.
